Night dive, different charter boat, rough seas.   Arrived at Gold Coast docks and found out the dive was canceled due to high seas and weather.  Went over to the Abernethy boat, but Jim canceled too.  Went to Diver's Supply, and found out that another boat (from Diver's Solution), was going out, so I 'signed on'.  I arrived at the boat on time to get my gear loaded and setup even before the boat left the dock.  The seas were really bad; probably the worse I have seen at night at West Palm Beach.  In hind sight, they should have canceled the dive due to the large numbers of new/beginning divers; many of them were doing their first night dive.   There were over 20 divers on the boat.  All went well though; no one lost.

Since I was without camera, I came on this trip to lobster hunt.    I only saw one lobster, and it was too small and thus, not legal to catch.   I think I am going to give up lobster hunting...  The season is over on the 31st of March anyway.

I had bought a strobe light for marking my position in the water at night, but it filled with water on this dive. I dried it out later, and it works fine now. Must not have had the top on tight...
