DAYO DOS is a collection of multi-user and totally integrated business applications. You can use all or some of the modules to create the best solution for your business. DAYO should be the only business and accounting software that you need. A module has been developed for most all aspects of any business. DAYO modules include a system of inventory control, purchasing, various invoicing methods, customer & item tracking, item and sales history, vendors, manufacturing, job costing, payroll, and so much more. Each module is simple to use and is fully integrated to all the other DAYO modules you install so that information is shared between the modules (even allowing records to be accessed and edited by more than one user simultaneously), and no re-inputting of data is required. There is no limit on the number of records, ie: inventory and customers. DAYO is multi-user when used on network software like Netware, Windows NT/95/3.11, and LANtastic, or use it on a standalone PC. Unlike many other systems, DAYO does not set a limit on network users; you purchase a 'site license'.

Forms for DAYO can be obtained from Nebs, Safeguard, Deluxe or DAYO Printing. Forms include: Invoices, Purchase Orders, Quotes, Statements, A/P Checks, Payroll Checks, Work Orders and others.

There are hundreds of reports for DAYO. Each module has many reports specific to itself and DAYO Smart Reports contains many other reports. DAYO Report Writer Module allows you to produce your own custom reports using the DAYO databases. DAYO uses databases, report forms, and configuration files that are dBase III+/IV (TM) compatible. This means you can use the popular dBase programs to edit, view, and report on data from the many DAYO databases. A simple database management routine (MISC ROUTINES) is included with most of the modules to provide you with additional means to modify, view, and report your data.

Unlike many 'off the shelf' products, DAYO is dynamic; constantly evolving with the addition of new routines and features that may even include a suggested change by you. All user manual documents can be read on the screen with the F1 (Help) function key. The help key also gives you the "online spiral notebook", this enables you to enter your learning notes online and reference them at any time.
